Boost Your Views with These 3 Types of Reels

If you're new to the social media realm especially Instagram, you might wonder what in the world is Reels. Well, to simplify it, Reels is a feature on Instagram where you can share and upload both short and long fun and creative video to your page.

There are THREE simple Reels ideas that are most likely get many views and these are:

1. How-To Tutorials
   

Audience loves to enjoy a tutorial kind of video especially on topics that they are interested in if I do say so myself. It’s a great way to have people spend more time consuming your content, which can eventually boost your Reel’s engagement rate. The longer they stay/watch your content, the better.

Keep in mind to include valuable lessons in your content, and not just random stuff. You want to ensure they leave with a new thing to learn from your page! 

For example, a tutorial on how to exercise the right way. If you are into fitness, I bet you know there are certain forms that people should focus on during work out to avoid physical injury. This type of tutorial will educate if not bring awareness to more people.

1. Behind The Scene

Who doesn’t love a behind-the-scenes type of content? I know I do. 

It is a great way to build a stronger relationship with your customers/clients/audience especially if you own a small business. 

With behind-the-scenes content, you get the chance to share what it’s like to be [a profession] that most people might not know about. For example, if you’re a professional wedding photographer, you can share behind-the-scenes content of doing a photoshoot of a wedding in the summer. That might be fun!

1. Before & After

Hands down to one of my most favorite Reels ideas out there. 

It’s always fascinating to see the before & after of something. For example, what you look like before and after putting on some makeup could be a great start especially if you’re into special effect makeup!

The before and after content is a great tool for you to showcase your talent in such field. Who knows, it might be one content that will lead you to a bigger opportunity in the future!

Reels is a great start for anyone to share their creativity in creating videos; whether it's for fun or work purposes, be sure to add some authenticity to each of your content.
